After a booking is successfully completed, booking confirmation will normally be provided within 24 hours.

- Check-In Information
Check-in instructions and access details will normally be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time.
For bookings made less than 24 hours before arrival, check-in information will be provided as soon as reasonably possible after the booking is confirmed.
- Check-In
Guests may check in according to the specific property’s confirmed check-in time.
Standard check-in window: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM, unless otherwise stated in the individual booking.
Early check-in is subject to availability and prior confirmation.
- Check-Out
Guests must check out by the time specified in their booking.
Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM, unless otherwise stated.
Guests requesting a late check-out should contact us at least 24 hours before departure. Late check-out is subject to availability.
- Maintenance Issues
Guests should report maintenance or accommodation issues as soon as possible.
We aim to acknowledge maintenance enquiries within 24 hours and, where reasonably necessary, arrange appropriate assistance or repairs as soon as practicable.
- Booking Extensions
Any request to extend a stay should be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-out time.
Extensions are subject to property availability and separate confirmation.
- One-Time Booking
All accommodation bookings are one-time transactions and are not subscription-based.
There are no automatic renewals or recurring accommodation charges. Any additional stay must be booked separately.
